What happens if my Dog isn't friendly?
We strive to provide the best care to ensure our furry friends feel relaxed and comfortable during grooming. However, we understand that not all dogs may be suitable for a grooming session. In cases where we determine that the grooming experience would be too stressful for your dog, we will not proceed with the grooming service. Please note that only the deposit of $30 will be charged in such cases.
